In Love with the Region Just around the corner from Stuttgarts city center you can find our restaurant Le Cassoulet. The perfect place for gourmets with an appreciation for attentive service, selected wines and great food. Its menu offers a variety of popular dishes of Swabian and South Germany, seasonally twisted and prepared with lots of love. Our head chef Jochen Behl and his team place special emphasis on the careful selection of fresh and local ingredients. Preservatives and genetically modified ingredients are nowhere to be found in our kitchen.
